The Racine Literacy Council (RLC) is an accredited affiliate of ProLiteracy America, and a partner provider of the United Way of Racine County. The RLC hosts a chapter of the National Adult Education Honor Society (NAEHS). The organization is a member of Wisconsin Literacy, Inc and the Greater Milwaukee Literacy Coalition.
